By the terms of Dick Oakes: Hungarian Pronunciation Guide, the spellings are: Sz = s as in skip E = e as in set R = slightly rolled once - but be careful: it must say a simple and not double r! E = look at upper CS = ch as in chug E = look at upper NY = ny as in canyon (for my Hungarian ears this voice is very similar to the first voice of new) Otherwise the szerecsen/szerecsen means arabic (born from the word saracen) In the word Széchenyi, the new voices are: É = e as in grey CH = similar to Cs I = i as in machine The American pronunciation is not the same like by the standard English.....
