Great grandfather came over from Hungary somewhere between 1900 - 1910. Hungarian surname was phonetically pronounced "setta-chen", however, every search I have tried (using sz, z, etc..) yields no results on that surname even being valid. Just posting out there to see if anyone knows what the correct spelling could possibly be as I try to trace my lines back. Unfortunately, by 1917 (birth of my grandfather), he changed his name to "John Smith" to Americanize himself. Thanks in advance. Notify Administrator about this message?
