Thanks, Joseph. There has been much speculation about Joseph Benjamin's name, whether the spelling was changed slightly or whether he changed it compeletely, for fear of being pursued. He was very young in 1850- only 20 years old. He had been a student at the University of Pest. There nay be a connection to a Lecsenyi family. Do you know anything about them? Thanks again!
