It concerns John Horne (the elder) who mortgaged property in Stewkley, Buckinghamshire, to Frederic Willis for £400. Now, John Horne (the younger) is selling the property to George and Charlotte Stone for £630, of which £514 will be paid to the 2 Willis' s to clear the debt.

The property consists of 4 cottages and a parcel of 3 acres of land, all adjoining each other, being on the North East side of the road leading to Drayton Parslow.
