I found some more information about Floyd Elery Horne. He was born in Bark Shanty, Pennsilvania on Sept. 4, 1895, and passed away in Oyen, Alberta, Canada on October 10, 1979. He immigrated to the Oyen district in 1910. in 1916 he enlisted in the Medicine Hat Army Regiment. In Europe, he was assigned to the 31st Battalion. He was wounded at Vimy Ridge, and while invalided in England he met Sue Warwick and they married March 9. 1918. He was a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion. he was also a life member of the A.F. and A.M., serving as the Lodge Chaplain.
If you have anymore information regarding any more family members, i would appreciate it. Thank you,
