Sorry I haven't checked my postings in a long while... My Charles was Charles Walter Horn. I have since found out that he was born on October 14, 1878 and died January 8, 1938 in Indianpolis, IN. His wife Mable Horn was the informant on his death certificate that I have. They had 12 kids, raised 10 (2 died as babies). The kids were: Bertha Mae 1903, Nellie Elizabeth 1905, Charles Walter Jr. 1906, Julia 1909, James Claude 1911, Robert 1913, Harold Edward , Paul Franklin, William Raymond and Marjorie Joy. Marjorie was my grandmother. William (Bill) is still living. I spoke with his wife (he was ill) and she gave me the kid's names. The Mae sounded like we might have a match. Let me know.
