Polly Horn and Margaret Horn, b. 1793, the same person?

Hello,
I am trying to confirm that Polly Horn and Margaret Horn are the same person. Or perhaps Delaney Lancaster Sr. had two wives.
Kentucky marriage records show the marriage of Delaney Lancaster to Polly Horn in 1809. The 1850 census for Daviess County, KY shows the wife of Delaney Lancaster to be "Margt.".
Are Polly and Margt. the same person OR did Delaney have a second wife. I am trying to determine my "real" ggg-grandmother.
