Hank Jones' book on the 1709 emigrants doesn't mention a Jacob Andreas. He does, however, indicate that Henrich Hertzog, on the first of the Hunter lists, died between 1 July and 4 Oct of 1710 as his widow Elizabeth is listed then, with one person over ten years of age.
Possibly you have this already, but Hank notes that a Peter Hertsogh and wife Anna Margaretha had children christened at the Somerville (NJ) Reformed Church between 1733 and 1745.
