Edward Taylor Haley b.1779va. married 1804 to Susan L. (Susanna Pratt)n.c. moved to Rutherford Co., Tn. in 1806, moved to Bedford Co., Tn. in 1829, and in 1841 he moved to a farm called "Oak Grove", that was between Murfreesboro to Shelbyville, Tn. Edward T. Haley was Tenn. Pvt. 2 Reg. West Tenn. Militia, War Of 1812. Edward died March 23, 1858, and E.T. and wife Susan Haley was buried at Willow Mount Cemetery at the City of Shelbyville, Tn. Edward father, James Haley b1757va-1841tn was Virginia Pvt. Va. Militia Rev. War. was also buried at Willow Mount Cemetery. Edward and Susan Haley had 9 children: Anderson, James, Mary B., Nancy, Martha, William S., George, E.T. Jr., and N.W. Haley. Some of these children moved from Bedford Co., Tn. to Mississippi & settling in what was then Marshall Co., Ms. in 1848. Gerald Barnell Fowler
