We are researching the same family. My husbands grandmother on his mom's side was Anna Haberman, daughter of John and Rosa. Anna married John Hepperle and lived in Leola S.D. all of their lives. I have the same family tree book with the story about Ella. I have been trying to get some information on John and Rosa's parents.
