From the OPR for Kincardine R&C - Thomas Graham (1792-1855) married Grace Macleod (c1801) 27 Nov 1819 at Gledfield, Kincardine. Their first son John from OPR page 53
"John Graham born in Antinuptial fornication to the above Thomas Graham and Grizzel Macleod on 21st October last"
So I dont believe this is the John Graham you are looking for.
John had 12 siblings and they are on the 1841, 1851 census.
With Thomas Grahams death being registered in 1855, 12 children are listed on his death registration. He is buried in Tutim cemetery Creich. John Graham was living with his brother Alex in 1841 census next door to his parents. I have a picture of Thomas Grahams grave stone.
