What a pleasant surprise to get a reply from a direct decendant of William Addison Graham! This site is GREAT! I have recieved many helpful pieces of information, but I don't think anyone has been related! The main reason I originally posted was to track down a lineage for my mother-in-law who was an only child and somewhat removed from contact with immediate or distant relatives.

Since my original post, I have been able to piece some things together, although it is still VERY fragmented.

What I know:

My mother-in-law, Vera Marlene, is the only child of Joseph and Olga (Strah) Calar. Joseph was one of four children born to Charles and Cora (Graham) Calar. Joseph divorced Olga and remarried (???). He and his second wife had childrem, but I have not been able to identify them as of yet. Joseph had three brothers: Albert, who married Ruth Brown; and twins Earl & Merle.

Cora Calar, my mother-in-law's grandmother, was one of many children born to Tiny Pine (Tincy Pine (Piney)) and William Addison Graham. I do not know the names of their children other than Cora. William remarried Queenie Ella Hurst. Together they had children (one of whom is your grandfather???).

William Addison Graham is the son of John Howard Graham and Rosanna Biggars.

John Howard Graham I think is a decendant of Thomas Graham, born 1747.

I would be very interested in any names, dates, and/or documention you may have on this line. As you can see....my info is full of holes!

Again, nice to meet you!
