We have recently initiated a Goodson Y Chromosone DNA project through Family Tree DNA. This project is aimed at assisting genealogy inquiries of the Goodson families. This project will compare DNA results of all participating males with Goodson surnames and assist in identifing potential relationships. You can contace me directly at my email address nyg4jlg@bellsouth.net or go to the Family Tree DNA website www.FamilyTreeDNA.com. I am currently the administrator for this project. The success is dependent on getting as many Goodsons to participate and hence a large DNA sampling base to make comparisons. Females with Goodson Surame can participate by getting make relatives with Goodson surname to participate.
