Theresa, I don't know if there is any connection to your family, but there are some similarities. I am looking for the parents of Louis "Louie" Ludger LAURIER (Deslaurier) b 1881 in Quebec, and his wife Cora DEMARS/DEMERS b FEB 1892 in Lowell, MA.
They had one son, Harvey Raymond LAURIER, born 1912 in possibly Lowell, Bedford, or New Bedford, MA.
Cora and son Harvey moved to the Akron, Ohio area where she married Noel LaChance. We do not know if she and Louie divorced or what happened to him. Noel died in OH. Cora died in AZ, and Harvey died in Riverside, CA. The informant on his death certificate was John De Raad, "brother". We do not know who this was or how he could be Harvey's brother.
