JOHAN (John) George Dame, b Mid 1700's Hanover (Now Germany) Was a Stowaway On His Brothers ship at age 13. Sold into bondage to pay his passage, Learned trade of sstone and brick masonary. Thought to have married his owners Daughter Margaret. They had 8 or more children.
#3 son George Jacob Dame and wife Elizabeth Kittinger came to KY and purchased property in Muhlenberg County, Dec 1814. They had 4 children. Thomas Pine Dame born in Virginia was the oldest, Married Melissa Carol Pitt and they had 12 children, #2 child Thomas Benjamin Dame, Married Mary Elizabeth Pitt, Their first child was
FRANCES J DAME, she married B. S. Arnold in Hopkins Conuty, KY.
