Esther Raymond, born Canada Fr., Catholic, age 47, female, married, Members of the family, all born "Canada Fr.," all Catholic are: Frederick Dam, Forgeron (blacksmith), age 24, male, single, member of the family absent and living elsewhere. Josephte Dam, --- , age 26, female, single, member of the family absent and living elsewhere. Joseph Dam, (Serviteur?), age 17, male, single, member of the family absent and living elsewhere. Celina Dam, ---, age 15, female, single. Philomene Dam, ---, age 13, female, single, attends school. Adeline Dam, ---, age 6, female, single. Nazaire Dame, ---, age 5, male, single. My husband is descended from Frederick who married in Bourbonnais Illinois in 1853. I would be glad to exchange information. In those records the last name is spelled Dame.
