Mexican Coldwell family

Does anyone know the origins of the Coldwell family in Mexico? A Mexican politician, Juaquin Coldwell, has had several prominant positions, including it it believed, Mayor or Cozumel, Governor of Yucatan state, Minister of Tourism of Mexico, and most recently, as Mexico's Ambassador to Cuba. He is reported to be a member of the PRI (Partido Revolutionario Institutional) political party.

I have a photo that was taken in some unknown cemetary in Mexico of a very impressive and well maintained structure that is titled "1946 Mausoleo de la Familia Coldwell."
Anyone know who is buried there?

Colbert Nathaniel Coldwell
El Paso, Texas
