I am originally from Haddonfield. I have some material from someone who got information from the Haverford/Swarthmore College geneaology records which includes a Ruth Clement who was born around 1766. It doesn't indicate a date of death or a spouse. If your Ruth who died in 1839 is the same Ruth, she would have been 63 yo.when she died. Her parents were Jacob Clement* (Born in Gloucester Co. NJ on Nov. 10, 1727; died same place before May 1777) and Hannah Albertson (they married in October 1747), daughter of Josiah Albertson and Ann Austin. No dob for Hannaah; died before 1776.

There are two Ruths listed, but I don't think either is yours. One lists a different spouse. The other has no date of birth or death, or spouse, but her brother (my gggrandfather) was born in 1841 which is 2 years after you Ruth died.
If I come across any further information which I think may be pertinant, I'll let you know.
*I am descended from Abel Clement who was a half-brother of Jacob.
