Just wanted to give more details on these men; I checked the Official roster of the soldiers of the State of Ohio in the War of the Rebellion, 1861-1865 for Company F, no Elliotts or anything close. but they are mentioned on the Roll of Honor of the 20th Ohio Elliott, Mathias - Co. F - Corporal - Died July 22, 1864 during Battla of Atlanta.Was buried at Marietta,Ga,(acording to this source) Elliot, Robert - Co. F - Private - Died July 22, 1864 during Battla of Atlanta. Was buried at Marietta,Ga Did find Andersonville Prisoners Surname: Mathias Elliott Rank: CORPORAL Company: F Regiment: 20 State: OH Arm of Service: INFANTRY Death Date: 1 Aug 1864 Cause Of Death: ANASARCA Remarks: W.
