No, you cannot access site unless you have subscription to Ancestry.com or other paid sites.
This is what I found:
Ship Navarro arrived New York 21 Aug 1843 (from Scotland)
William Begg, age 60, miner (so b. 1783)
William Begg, age 5 (so b. 1838)
Elizabeth Begg, age 55
Robert Begg, age 16
Mary White, age 30 (don't know who she is)
Janet Begg, age 25
Thomas Begg, age 3
Mary Begg, age 6 mos.
You can probably get copy of manifest from a Family History Center near you...these are the Mormons. Listed in phone books under The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints.
