Bob, for my book, "Confederate Colonels" (U of MO Press, 2008) I looked at newspapers throughout the U.S. and found no mention of Col. Lockett's remains being shipped to the US. While his family is, as you say, buried in NJ, I suspect the Col. was (at least originally) buried in the "English" Cemetery in Bogota, Columbia.

BTW I show Confederate Cols. Sweet, Thorburn and McAnerney buried in NJ.
