Looking for line of Col. William Wofford, son Nathaniel Wofford who married Lydia Hopper and had children by Little Flower and Snow Comfort. Is this Nathaniel the father of James D. Wafford, b. 1806 near Clarkesville, GA, type of Indian agent for western Cherokee nation, mixed blood, spoke several languages, lived 90 years. Mother was Cherokee, Nachez & white mix. Does this line encompass a Nancy Jane Wafford/Wofford who married Jacob Wesley Peck, Hall or White County, GA? Thanks to anyone who can help me out. Joy Thomas, Aiken, SC
