Hi Katherine! Don't know if I can help but I have Utter roots in central NY state...Chemung, Oswego and Syracuse areas. I have a child (James b. in NY or NJ) born to an Abraham Utter and Hannah Fredericks (this is a recent discovery and I do not yet have all the details). I am working with another internet "cousin" on this. I have a pretty good handle on my Utter family and have no problem sharing. Like to discuss this further as I also have family movement to/from Michigan with this line and others. Sincerely, dave.
