Genealogical index from LDS (www.familysearch.org) has Allen Blackburn Chilton Ray born to Ulysses Marion Ray born c.1866 West Hamlin (Lincoln County) WV, married in 1888 to Georgiann Holley b.12/31/1872 West Hamlin and died there 5/7/1925. Married 8/21/1911 Highland Ohio to Lucy Ann Perkins b.3/9/1893 Lawrence County KY d.10/4/1947. Lucy's parents John Isaac Perkins/Sara Dorcas Frances. Wall b.12/31/18782 "Larence" County KY to Edgar Holley born KY and Margaret Darnel born Russell County VA. Listed as married. Died 5/7/1925 Lincoln County WV. Informant Edw. E. Eckert of Beaver OH. I'm assuming not everything was reported to the vital records for Lincoln County since I was unable to find anything more regarding birth/death info on other family members.
