Do you think Joshua Pennell was any relation to the Pennell's that came from Lenoir North Carolina. My grandfather was Ruff Pennell and his father was Samuel L.R. Pennell who died in Toms Creek Va. Thanks for answering Peggy I appreciate your help. Did you already research them, the info from the Wales board? I am talking about Joshua Pennell that was in the info I pulled from the Wales Board.
