Hi Richard, John PENNELL or PENNEL was b. 1721 of Colrain, Franklin, MA [Massaschusetts], my maternal 6 great grandfather, and married Eleanor or Elinor SMITH. Do you have a marriage date and place? He died 21 Oct. 1797 in Halifax, Windham, VT, at age 76 years. They are buried in Pennel Hill Cemetery in Halifax, Windham Co., Vermont. Thank you for your reply, but I am unable to find an obituary from the Jefferson County (NY) Journal of Apr 19, 1892, found at http://fultonhistory.com/Fulton.html Jacki tried a search for her on the website and nothing came up for her. We may just not understand how you search on this site. Would you please copy & paste her obit. and post it here? === Click here: RootsWeb: BULLOCK-L [Bullock] Royal BULLOCK, b. 1784 VT>NY Have you seen these items: the above post & cemetery listing below?
