Am trying to confirm a link from Eunice Pennell Bullock, b. 12/12/1789 of South Trenton, Oneida, NY, to a John Pennell of Halifax, Windham, VT; originally from Normandy, France. An obituary of a Mrs Rufus Van Wormer from the Jefferson County Journal of Apr 19, 1892, mentions Eunice Pennell Bullock and suggests she or a close relative moved from Halifax, VT to Oneida County, NY in 1804. A Bullock family tree prepared by a great grand daughter of Eunice Pennell Bullock is the source of the supposed link to John Pennell of Normandy France.
