Lena: I don't know anything about Pauline or her husband, but Hardy B. Pace was b. 7/10/1788 in Anson Co, NC, d. 12/5/1864 Cobb Co, GA m. Lucy Kirksey on 5/10/1809 in Warren Co, GA. Hardy was a son of Stephen Pace, Sr. b. 7/16/1747 in Northampton Co, NC who m. Catherine Gatewood Buchanan in 1772. Their ancestry goes back to Richard Pace of Jamestown, ca 1625.
