Probably not. If you have a look on the results page of the Pace DNA study (http://pacesociety.org/DNA/Group3.htm), you can see the results of a DNA test of a descendant of Bignal Pace. Bignal Pace is believed (not proved, but the evidence is persuasive, to me at least) to have been a descendant of George Pace (father of the Richard Pace who married Sarah Woodlief). The DNA results of the Bignal Pace descendant do not match the results of descendants of the John Pace who died in Surry Co NC. Since there seems to be no evidence to show that John Pace of Surry Co NC came from Prince George, the most likely explanation of the non-matching DNA results would seem to be that John Pace of Surry Co NC was from a different line of Paces.
