I have an original cabinet card photograph of “Harold Washburn Mead” which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. Photo was taken in Rockford (Winnebago Co.) IL, and he appears to be about 3-5 months old. SSDI shows the date of birth of a Harold Mead as 18 Jan 1903, and that he died in Rockford (Winnebago Co.) IL in 1973.
