My gggf was John N. Litz (b 1818), who died in the Johnstown (PA) flood of 1889. He married Nancy Inscho (b 1825). His daughter, Mary Catherine Litz, married my ggf Capt. Henry J. Hite. I have not been able to find the Litz line back beyond John N. Any clue would be appreciated!
