While "blindly" seeking information on the surname KUJAWA in/near Cuyahoga County, Ohio, I obtained the following information from the Cleveland Public Library Necrology Files: Id#: 0593079 Name: Kujawa, Felix Date: Nov 27 1962 Source: Plain Dealer; Cleveland Necrology File, Reel #127. Notes: Kujawa. Felix Kujawa, residence, 4006 W. 22nd St., beloved husband of Josephine (nee Sukale), dear stepfather of Stanley Kratz, also grandfather. Funeral Services Wednesday, Nov. 28, at 10 a. m. at St. Mary's Polish National Catholic Church. Friends may call at the A. T. Tomon & Sons Funeral Home, 4722 Pearl Rd.
