Penney, I have been reading all your information concerning Jacob Kiser. He would be a ggguncle of my husbands. Just started on Herman's tree and am threading through all the list on line. Filling in a lot of gaps. Sue wish I could find Jasper M. Kiser AFTER he left Ohio around 1917 for Pennsylvania.
