You may also find Jabez in Colver Culver Family Genealogy by Valerie Dyer Giorgi. Jabez was a brother to one of my ancestors. If you don't have access to the book I will be glad to send or e-mail you with the info. In Valerie's book, they have him listed as "Culver" but I think that it is the same. Jeanne Culver Thorpe
