Just new to this board but saw the name William Cain and Isaac Cain that stopped me in my tracks. Isaac Cain was my GGGGrandfather (married in Georgia, I think) He married Elizabeth Johnson. Of their children Isaac Ashfield Cain (GGGranfather)born in Alabama abt 1816 married and had 4 children, 1 of which is my GGrandfather William Cain, born Vegetable Creek abt 1863 NSW Australia...Is this the William Cain you are referring to ?
