Thanks for getting back with me I have no idea who my grgrgrandfather's parents were but according to the census info they were both born in VA. His son, Charles Cain, was my great grandfather, also born in VA. I have 'met' descendants of Charles Cain's siblings and they have all been told the same story about the O'Cains/Cains. Do you have any idea as to the names of William O'Cains brothers or sons, if any were named John Cain - born 1816 in VA? Alice Cain Nance
