Hello Jeanne Patrick Cain certainly lived in MD before KY. His wife was born in MD, and he probably married there, as his first child was born there. Living male-line Cain descendants are very hard to find, except amongst the Australian branch. Some also make Michael Cain & Matthew Cain of KY to be Patrick's brothers but I see no evidence of this. A David Shields had posted information on Michael Cain on-line but had no knowledge of living male-line Cain descendants.
