Patricia, you are my new best friend! I have been puzzling over the names in that will for months. Then your post yesterday brought up new questions, which I have pondered all day today. This is wonderful information! It explains a lot of my confusion. Interestingly, it means that the footnote in the Dearman book does not draw entirely valid conclusions, based on the information at hand!
