Looking for anyone in my fathers family. He was born in Ok. 1911, his father I believe was Edwin Brooks, his mother was Maude Alton, they did not marry. Both died young. I believe my dad was about 5 when his mother died. I don't know about his dad. If anyone has any information about the family I would appreciate it so much. I have been told that the Brooks family sent Edwin off to Texas when Maude was pregnant. Different world. ha ha
