There are too many Raymond Bouchards of Mass in Social Security records to check without dates. However, there is only one Preston: Preston BOUCHARD                        Birth Date:        10 Jan 1919                Death Date:        Feb 1976                Social Security Number:        026-09-9996                State or Territory Where Number Was Issued:        Massachusetts The record should have his parents' names which you need to trace back further.
