Hi Susan, All we know about Robert Brasseur is included in the first volume of A BRASHEAR(S) FAMILY HISTORY, by me. He first appears in a land record in VA on 1 June 1636 He and peter Reys got a land grant in 1638 He and his son, Benois, got land grants in 1653 He died in Nansemond Co, VA, c1667, and his land went to the second son, John Brasseur. The book (which would make a great Christimas gift for family) sells for $28 (paperback: $25 + $3 p&p) or $38 (hardback: $35 + $3 p&p).
