Just beginning, but Viola Ficke was married to Frank Balding, born Oct 1883 in Joe, Mad. N.C.(Forum won't give me your personal e-mail address, you can write me at devey@networld.com)I understand Frank's full name if Francis Newton Balding. Have yet to make a connection to his parents, but so many of names seem to fit in that family, I feel sure that I am close. DD
