Jeff,my name is Jim Balding,my father was Jacob Davis Balding,my Mother was Maude,he was born in Evening Shade Arkansas.1896 lived in Tenn.moved to Calif in 1950.Two brothers Elbert and Anson I believe one want to Ill. love to see the pic you have of him.
