No. Sorry. There is no indication that the father ever came forward. Pierre Babin's family moved to Boucherville from Quebec City and the first time anyone from the family shows up in the parish records is 1717 when his daughter Madeleine gets married. There is no other record of Genevieve other than the baptismal and marriage records and later when she has children baptised.
