Elayna, Your Richard Austin was a son of Robert Austin. See this database at WorldConnect: http://tinyurl.com/cteo4e The 1900 census below shows Pearl & Oscar Austin living with Francis E. & her husband; surname is pretty much unreadable on the page. It is indexed as Anatkinson/Andrewson. This must be her 2nd marriage. Francis E Haynes is on the 1880 census as a widow with dau. Mary in Hardin Co on the same page as Richard Austin & his parents, Robert & Mary. See the 1880 census below.
