I need help to find the birth place for Frank William Alvarez. he was born around 1904 and died in Wash. DC around 1932. He served in the Navy around 1920. He married Carolina Lopez before 1927 and divorced around 1930. Both events were in New York City. We think he came from Spain but only guessing. Any help would be appreciated.
