I have been looking for my alvarez ancesters with little luck.I hope some one out there can help. My Great grand mother was Nicolasa Alvarez Trevino from Villa de Garcia n.l. her Father was Refugio Alvarez from Minerals de catorce.don`t know what Mexican state.Nicolasa was his second wife who he married on nov 7 1833 in the town of Villa de Garcia.His first was Josefa Montes he married herI believe in Minerales de Catorce or Real de Catorce.
