Seeking information regarding Anna/Annie Cane/Cain b July 12 1848/51 in Ohio, died August 16, 1925 Fort Dodge IA, buried in Otho Cemetery. Both parents, names unknown, were from Vermont.
Annie married John Summers (other names: Jonathan B Summers, Jonathan Brandenburg Summers, John Somers) in Meeker Co., MN (probably Union Grove or Litchfield) on 22 Feb 1870. The one reference I have found regarding their marriage names her as "Annie S M Cain." They had the following children:
Charles H. 1871 (m Orpha Mary Newcomb)
E. Clare (male) b 1875-1894(?)
Everett 1883-1968 (m Mary Vagpole)
John E. 1873(known as "Ed")
William H. 1884-1970(known as "Herb") (m Jennie Carlson)
Carrie Etta 1877-1911 (married Charles Summers, a cousin)
Fred (never married)
Harry (m Dorothy Mericle)
