Looking for help finding George Emory Cain Virginia

Looking for some help. I keep running into dead ends looking for my family roots on my father side. This is all I know so far.
My father is Mickey Ronald Cain born in Frederick Virginia in 1944. My father I ask him different questions often but he does not have a lot of information either. His mother was Eileen Speak. His father was George Emory Cain from Frederick Virginia. His mother is deceased so I can not ask her any questions. Apparently George & Eileen where married for a short. To my knowledge they married in Frederick Virginia.I have been looking for my grandfather George Emory Cain for sometime without any luck. Can anyone guide me in the direction I need to look for him? Or does anyone have any information?
