My grgrgrandfather was John Cain born 1816 in Virginia. He married Elizabeth Bryam/Bian in Fauquier County. According to family tradition, John Cain's ancestors were from Irland, their name had been O'Cain but after words between brothers, some kept the name O'Cain, others dropped the 'O' and went by Cain. Have you heard this story or do you know anything about John Cain? Notify Administrator about this message?
